The author of the book analyses different types of psycho-energetical relations among people, including negative forms, such as psychic attacks, energetic blows, zombing, some other types of destructive psycho-energetical influence and methods of defense from them.

The first part of the book describes theoretical basis of the psycho-energetical defense The second part of the book is dedicated to the practical decision of the problem. Special attention is paid by the author to the problem of psychological, psycho-energetical and spiritual defense from negative psycho-energetical influence. The author describes and analyses a great variety of the traditional methods of the psycho-energetical defense, especially the original methodics of esoterical and religious teachings.
